Bike and Tractor Riding

I have been waiting to talk about Charlie and his bike for quite some time, but I didn't have any pictures to show you!  A few months ago, we bought Charlie his first real bike with training wheels and were excited to get him going.  The first time Doug took him out, he didn't know how to pedal and he definitely didn't know how to steer.  Well, I took him out two times during the day and by the end of our short practice sessions, he was pedalling and steering really well!  I was so impressed and reminded again how fast kids learn new things.

The day he caught on, we went outside with Daddy after dinner to show him how well Charlie was biking.  Well, he got a little too good and totally fell!  He was going too fast and was leaning one way and over he went....but no crying!  He got back on and kept going :)

Best story is that he calls it my "new training wheel bike".....hahahaha!  Too cute!

Oh and he has a tractor too from his birthday!  It sat in the garage all winter, especially since he was too young to understand how to work it, but he caught on to that too!  We'll have to hitch the trailer onto the tractor and put Moe on for a ride......maybe.
