Sitting Up!

OFFICIALLY!  Yes, and Finally.  Moe has been a little slow on the sitting up unassisted category.  Probably because he is so content just to lay on his back or be in his jolly jumper or exersaucer.  BUT - he is sitting up :)

Yes - that's Charlie's foot in the picture....What I have to deal with to get a good picture!!!!

Brotherly Love

Charlie decided he wanted to play with Moe.  Charlie is rarely a gentle hands brother, so this was extra special.  Picture quality isn't great, but I didn't have time as I knew the smiles and brotherly love wasn't going to last for long!  These pictures melt my heart - I love seeing a kiss for Moe and even Charlie willingly let his brother grab his hair!!!

A little more on Moe!  He has started sleeping on his belly!  I'm really surprised as he is not a belly baby :).  But he often turns to either his side or right onto his belly when I lay him down.

And he is 'talking'!  He starts making noise while I read some of his favorite books - which I think is soooo cute!  He is also saying 'da da da', and 'ba ba ba'.  Charlie said that he was talking like a sheep - 'baaaaa'......also way too cute!

Moe likes to have everything in his hands - books, toys, hair.  Anything he can get at, he grabs and holds onto.  Makes reading books interesting as I have to hold them further away as we often switch between reading Charlie books and Moe books!  I have to keep them both happy!

And finally, Moe isn't really caring much for food.  If this were Charlie, I would kind of be freaking out, but not so much with Moe.  I know he will eat eventually, and until then, I will keep preparing food and seeing if he wants to eat!  I'm guessing he will want to feed himself as soon as he can figure it out....

7 Months!

These pictures were taken about a week late due to our vacation, but I couldn't miss out on the Bubbles and Moe pictures!  This was maybe the best photo shoot yet.....so much so that I have to break it into a few posts because I can't decide and nothing will ever happen to them if I don't post!!! 

Moe continues to be such a sweetie - although is night-time sleeping has been an issue since our vacation.  He was cutting and has cut one top tooth with another one right behind, so I know that was part of his problem.  But he has been up 3-5 times in a 12 hour period.....a few nights it was at 3am, 4am, and 5am.  I forced Doug out of bed during the middle time because there was nothing I could do :).  Moe seems to have settled back down into a better routine, maybe thanks to the tooth FINALLY making an appearance, and maybe due to a little....ummm....ignoring the cry.  He was more whining and fussing, not full out crying, so I waited to see what happened.  Yup, went to sleep and slept all night long :).

Fun at the park and on the couch!!!

Charlie loves going to the park.  He is getting to be a much better climber and so I don't have to worry about him so much when he is off playing.  And Moe - I can't resist his cute face!!!!  He is definitely cutting his top teeth in these pictures....Hopefully we will have some new teeth to tell you about soon!
