Trip to Idaho

A month ago, my side of the family headed to Idaho for our 2nd annual summer trip that might become a tradition???  I grew up going down to Idaho every year and I must say that it is fun taking the boys down there too!

Anyway - Charlie couldn't wait to go fishing with Grandpa M.  Last year was the same, but he was afraid of the boats and probably the open water once we got him out there.  This year was the COMPLETE opposite - my dad was even surprised.  The first few times he kept fishing and fishing despite the lack of fish :).  We put a weight at the end of the line as we didn't want to pay for a fishing license :):):).  We think this will probably be the last year we can trick him!

Regardless of not catching any fish, Charlie went out there and had fun almost every day.  He learned to cast and was actually fairly good at it.  And he would reel in his line quickly so he could cast it again.  Pretty cute!
