2 Months Old

Boomer turned two months old this past week and boy is he growing up too quickly.  I would say he has almost doubled his weight.....but I'm not positive.  He FINALLY gave us some consistent smiles this week and lots of them!  It seemed like we were waiting forever for them, but they were definitely worth the wait!!!

He is sleeping better and is more predictable and not much makes him unhappy - so long as he is fed and not too sleepy, he is content.  He seems to have found his fist and loves it under his play mats.  He will fall asleep under them and seems to like them the best when he is needing to entertain himself.  And he puts himself to sleep and if he wakes, he will still put himself to sleep.  I knew babies could do this, but I am definitely noticing it the most with Boomer....  And I am appreciating it too!

Only problem so far is he still doesn't like his carseat if he is awake and buckled up.....  He does not like it and because of this, gets to stay home with Dad when his big brothers need to be picked up from school.  But because he is so content at home - it really isn't an issue at all.

We are loving Boomer!!!!
